History

Jade ABL is a Canadian company specialized in Field Examinations for Asset Based Lending financing. The company was co-founded by Carmie Cammalleri and Lucy Conte in 2013 serving the Greater Montreal Area.
It has been accredited by a number of Canadian and US Lenders to conduct field examinations since 2013.
In 2015, Allen Bacarro joined the company serving the Greater Toronto Area and the rest of Canada.

    Carmie Cammalleri, CPA, CA


    Chartered Professional Accountant with over 20 years of audit experience.

    Carmie graduated from Concordia University with a Bachelor of Commerce in 1994. Started her career at Ernst & Young and successfully completed her Chartered Accountant designation in 1996.

    Field Examiner with GMAC CF from 2001 to 2006 where she built up her knowledge in ABL.

    Continued to service ABL lenders as a Field Examiner from 2007 up to present.

    Ms. Cammalleri is bilingual and based in the Montreal area.

    Lucy Conte, CPA, CA


    Chartered Professional Accountant with over 20 years of audit experience.

    Lucy graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce in 1992. Started her career at Ernst & Young and successfully completed her Chartered Accountant designation in 1994.

    Controller of a retail company from 1995 to 1999.

    Field Examiner with GMAC CF from 2000 to 2006 where she built up her knowledge in ABL.

    Continued to service ABL lenders as a Field Examiner from 2007 up to present.

    Ms. Conte is bilingual and based in the Montreal area.

    Allen Bacarro, CPA


    Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of audit experience.

    Audit Supervisor, ABL Due Diligence Practice of Bennett Gold CAs, from 2000 to 2003.

    Audit Manager, Financial Institutions Group of Deloitte & Touche LLP, from 2004 to 2007.

    Director of Field Examinations and Appraisals, Bank of Montreal, from 2007 to September 2015.

    Joined as a Partner of Jade ABL in October 2015.

    Mr. Bacarro is based in the Toronto area.
